Frequently Asked Questions
Why invest in coaching?
To invest in coaching is to invest in yourself. Whether you need to overcome a challenge, or are looking to take your achievement to the next level, collaborating with a high-quality coach and accountability partner is one of the best ways to accomplish your goals. Don’t go it alone - lasting and significant transformation is extraordinarily difficult to accomplish on one’s own
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Therapy assumes symptoms and a diagnosis. It often focuses on the past. Coaching is a future goal oriented process that is future focused.
How long does it take?
There is no “right” timeline for success. While many clients engage me for six months as a starting point, this will be tailored to a shorter or longer-term goal.
What outcomes can I expect?
The outcomes we define are truly yours. In our initial conversations we decide together what outcomes you are ready to commit to. No matter what the goals, the outcomes will contribute to your living successfully and joyfully. Your ability to experience peace within turmoil will free you up to do your life’s bidding.
How we would work together?
That depends. I offer a one day Intensive, or we can work together ongoing. Or both. You and I decide together what is the best course of action for you. We might start with an assessment instrument. Or we might not. Some people come to my office. Others appreciate the convenience of working together over the telephone. Folks from outside of Denver typically choose telephone coaching.
“I like the ability to have conversations over the phone. This process made it easier for me to stay productive.” – Bill from Charleston
